Handbook of Research on the Psychological Contract at Work - New Chapters Published

The Handbook of Research on the Psychological Contract at Work, edited by Yannick Griep and Cary Cooper has officially been published. In this book, a large number of psychological contract breach researchers have contributed their insights into the topic. A full overview of the book can be found HERE.

It was a pleasure for me to contribute to this handbook in two separate chapters. In Chapter 8, we reflect on the litearture on the role of social context in psychological contract breach and fulfilment, and in Chapter 20, the editors and a number of contributors reflect on the contributions of the book and look to the future for key directions in psychological contract research.

This handbook is a really nice collection of informative chapters related to different aspects of psychological contracts at work. It is an honor to be part of this community!
