Interview in #ZigZagHR about Career Shocks - November 2022

I had the great pleasure of being interviewed by Luc de Decker as part of an article on career shocks in the Belgian magazine #ZigZagHR. During our conversation, we talked about how careers are the result of both individual efforts and chance, and about the shared responsibility between employers and workers in managing sustainable careers. We also discussed how career competencies and resilience might play a key role in dealing with career shocks.
