Interview in ZiPconomy - September 15th, 2022

ZiPconomy, a Dutch independent knowledge platform in the area of flexible work, published an interview with Jana Retkowsky, Sanne Nijs, and me about our research on the careers of flex workers. In the interview, we shared some of our latest findings from Jana's doctoral research, such as the need for security among flex workers before then can start proactively crafting their work. We also talked about the event we organized at VU Amsterdam on September 6th, 2022, during which we discussed the topic of flex workers' sustainable careers with various stakeholders (e.g., policymakers, researchers, and coaches).
