Keynote @ International Talent Event Amsterdam 2020

On November 6th 2020, I gave a keynote during the International Talent Event Amsterdam (ITEA). During this talk, I discussed the importance of career prepration before the transition from education to work, and I gave some suggestions about developing career competencies and considering future employability development. The topic was particularly relevant this year as many participants were feeling worried due to the effects of COVID-19 on labor market entrants. Hopefully the session gave them some new inspiration and optimism!
