Keynote Talk at the IAEVG Conference - June 29th, 2023
On June 29th, 2023, I had the honor of delivering a keynote lecture during the international IAEVG conference in De Hague. I spoke about my research on sustainable careers and career shocks in front of an incredible audience of around 600 participants. Among other things, we talked about how career sustainability is a useful perspective to think about educational and vocational guidance. Moreover, we discussed how career shocks should be an integral part of guidance and counseling. The audience consisted of both academics and practitioners, making the discussions very lively and relevant. It was highly meaningful to explore how my research can contribute to guidance and counseling practices.
