Saying Goodbye to the NFMD - June 24th, 2022

On June 24th, 2022, I officially ended my term as a board member of the Netherlands Foundation for Management Development (NFMD). Shortly after joining the Vrije Universiteit in 2013, I also joined the NFMD board as a scientific member to engage in discussions about scholarly research in MD and HR practices. I've enjoyed being part of the board enormously. Over the years, I was involved in organizing meetings and annual conferences about, for example, job crafting, leadership, and selection practices. Connecting research and practice is something I highly value, and the NFMD allowed for such exchanges during every meeting. However, after almost 10 years of serving on the board, it's time for new challenges and time for someone else to bring in fresh ideas to the NFMD.
