Special issue on sustainable careers in the Journal of Vocational Behavior is now officially published
After roughly three years of work from authors, reviewers, and us as the guest editorial team, we are proud that our special issue on "Sustainable careers across the lifespan: A contemporary perspective" has been officially published in the Journal of Vocational Behavior. The issue contains an introduction article in which we reflect on recent developments in the field, analyze the unique contributions of each of the articles in the issue, and propose an agenda for future research. Beyond the introduction article, the issue contains two conceptual articles and nine empirical articles, which shed light on topics such as career sustainability in professional sports, the role of leisure and crafting activities, whole life orientations, burnout, the importance of learning and mindsets, and much more. The issue is freely accessible until July 1st 2020.
