TEDx Talk: What Makes a Career Successful?

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the TEDxVUAmsterdam 2023 event. During the event, I gave a TEDx talk about career success, trying to provide an answer to the question: what makes a career successful? This talk was based on a recent article I published that reviewed the scientific literature on career success. Among other things, I talked about the similarities between a full professor and an entrepreneur selling kitchen appliances. I also discussed the importance of a broader view of career success through the lens of career sustainability.
